In a personal, confidential setting Ramona will coach you to lose weight … for the last time! Utilizing her S M A R T Weight Loss coaching program, she will motivate and empower you to achieve your weight-loss goals.
She will review your diet, lifestyle, health, and weight history and create a weight-loss plan that meets your specific needs. You will learn strategies to cope with the challenges of changing habits such as eating out travel, meal planning, relapses and mindless eating so you can stay focused and on track.
